The best jambalaya mix ever. All the ingredients are balanced flavors which allows you to decide what proteins to add and how much. I love to add a bunch of chopped green onions at the end of cooking time. Way to go Paul!

I have made Jambalaya all my life down here in the south, the birthplace of the best food in the US. This mix is true New Orleans. Highly recommend it above any of the other common New Orleans brands.
