About this item
Product details
The Instant Pot® Viva was developed with the latest 3rd generation microprocessor technology, and the results are consistently delicious. Throughout the stages of the cooking process, the microprocessor carefully monitors pressure and temperature levels, and runs algorithms to keep time and adjust temperature and pressure. Even the volume of food is taken into consideration. The Smart Programs have been thoroughly lab-tested for optimal results, and are proven to greatly improve cooking and consistency. With a little fine-tuning to adjust the cooker to your preferences, the Viva will become your one-touch chef!
