Arrived early, the flavor is fresh fruity and smooth as good Greek olive oil is! 
Immediately tested the flavor by dunking crusty bread w some oregano.. passed my taste test! Opening the spigot was easy and it truly turns the flow off! 
I transferred the oil in glass bottles effortlessly and tucked them away in a cool dark place. 
The spigot truly stops the flow when released. 
I Immediately ordered another container just in case..
