I've never tried IQ bars before, this was my first time. Honestly, I truly liked these, I exercise everyday and I think it's tough to find a GOOD protein bar. I think these are great, the chocolate sea salt flavor was my favorite, the fact that each bar is 12g of plant protein and only 2g net carbs! I'll definitely buy these again!
