We installed two of these fans in our bedrooms and could not be happier. They are absolutely quiet, except on the highest setting where a little motor noise can be heard, and circulate the air in our small bedrooms. Installation took about 30-45 minutes each and they look sleek.

This fan works perfectly in our family room. We went with the matte nickel finish, and it feels like the room opened up! The wall switch that comes with it is great because you can change fan speed easily from the wall.

Its subtle color allows seamless integration with any room decor, and the straightforward installation makes it a convenient choice. It works very well in my kid’s playroom. I’m happy that I have this to keep them cool while they’re in there most of the time.

Quite but strong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Presto low profile 44in ceiling fan in matte white. I haven't put it up just yet, but I have had one of these before and I must say to be a smaller type fan it really puts out the breeze. It has multiple speeds and doesn't make that shaky sound as it's going. I highly recommend this ceiling fan.

The fan is a true white and goes well with most decor.

Great little fan

i bought 3 of these. All are good fans. The wall controller on one fan was faulty. 

The Hunter customer service was awful. The rep on the phone could not understand me (got my name wrong) nor could I understand him. They ran me around for several days when all I wanted was a replacement wall controller (switch). Finally, I gave up and went to my local hardware store and bought a replacement. It is now installed and the fan is working great.

That I was not provided with a receipt for the online purchase by Sam's was part of the issue with Hunter. I would ask Sam's to correct this. Several calls to Sam's customer service yielded no remedy.

The first day the fan was silent. But within 3 days it was making ticking/clicking noises. I took the entire fan apart and reassembled it. I found out that the ticking/clicking was coming from inside the motor. I tried to oil the fan and around the motor and even bought a balancing kit to balance the fan. Nothing helped. I spent 3+ hours trying to get this fan to stop making noise. Waste of time and money.

Clicking/Ticking Noises

Fan is a great design HOWEVER it is not a silent motor, it is one of the loudest motors Hunter makes. My first Presto also made clicking noises, it was replaced with a brand new fan and that unit did the exact same thing. I gave it away and purchased a different fan.
