Hankook Kinergy PT H737 - 205/60R16 92H Tire

I could not be more pleased with these tires. I have two vehicles that have Goodyear Comfort Tread tires on them. I love them on my Sienna and have hated them on my Avalon since I got them. I put them on the Avalon because of my good experience with my Sienna. I purchased all of them through Big O Tires with the lifetime balance etc. and shortly thereafter Big O pulled out of Minnesota, so there went that coverage. I could never get the Goodyears right on the Avalon including when I was paying for balancing them. Always had a shimmy and a lumpy feel to them. Finally I wore them out enough to get new tires and I turned to Sams after seeing a good report on the Hankook Kinergy tires in Consumer Reports. I got them mounted and balanced and from the time I took them for a first run on the freeway the difference between the Goodyears and the Hankook Kinergy tires was a night and day IMPROVEMENT. No shimmy, no vibration. They just roll down the highway SO smoothly including when I have to pass and get to a higher speed. They grip the road beautifully. They are a very comfortable riding tire and I've not noticed any untoward noise. I've only had them for around 1000 plus miles now but it's made my 90,000 mile Avalon a joy to drive rather than a pain. SMOOTH!! I don't now how long they'll last, but I only got around 60,000 miles out of the Comfort Tread tires and these are rated much higher than that. We will see. But from what I've experienced so far, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The performance is excellent and the price is superb!!

Bought two of these about 6 months ago for our Rav4 to see how they wear. Bought two more recently. Based on treadwear and miles on the first two, I estimate that the four tires will last around 40,000 miles. I know it's less miles than advertised, but most treadwear claims are overly optimistic. And we live on a rocky dirt road. Treadwear warranties through Walmart are worthless. Traction on wet pavement and on gooey mud is pretty good. Haven't had the chance to try them on snow or ice yet. After driving on a curvy portion of I-25 in New Mexico during a very heavy rain, I am confident in their performance on water. Kept it at 75 while others were slowing down, and never felt any loss of traction.
