Valencia Pro Well Worth The Wait - Awesome
I have been waiting several years to select and purchase new cookware. After researching the options and after hearing from several of my friends who also cook with your products I purchased this set. I could not be happier with my Valencia Pro Ceramic cookware. Performs as promised. I am already looking at additional pieces. I could not be happier. This set takes "non-stick" to a different level. And, to top it off, they look and feel awesome. Incredible pans!
We are happy owners of a Green Pan waffle iron, so I wanted to try out a new set of pans after years of lugging a heavy cast iron around the kitchen. These Green Pans are truly non stick! And I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly and evenly the heat distributes throughout the whole surface. Plus, you don't need high heat to get a good sear—just a touch of oil, low to medium heat and these pans work like magic. The non stick works so well, to clean them all you need is soft cloth with warm water with a few small drops of dish soap and that's plenty. Highly recommend, especially if you cook on the regular like we do.
