From freezer to table with minimal effort, these fillets are designed for convenience. Bake in a conventional oven until hot and crispy, or cook in an air fryer for an extra crunchy finish. No prep, no mess, no stress.

Cooking Directions

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Arrange on metal baking pan.

3. Bake 20-22 minutes total. Flip after 12 minutes. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended.

Air Fryer Directions

1. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket.

2. Fry fillets at 400 degrees F for 9-11 minutes.

(Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain.
