Great tires, at a great price!

I researched these tires and looked everywhere to get the best price on the wheel and out the door. Even the big tire store chains could not touch the price that Sam's offered, $200 under the other guys. We went on a vacation after getting these tires. Our gas mileage improved by over 3 MPG (11% increase). And with gas over $3.50 a gallon, over 1200 miles of driving, that was a lot of cha ching we saved. Best tire for our SUV. Sporty looking, little to no road noise, and the improved gas mileage. A must have. Much better than the OEM tires.

Ready for 2nd Set

I'm a Michelin-only kind of girl. But when I priced tires for my 2007 Santa Fe in November 2014, the lowest price for Michelin tires was $239 each. I thought I would try the GY Eagle Sport at $159. I've been extremely pleased! The 07 was totaled last week with about 50% tread remaining after about 50K miles. I experienced little to no road noise, handled well on dry pavement as well as great rain & snow performance. Aesthetically, I noticed an immediate improvement over the stock Bridgestone Duellers in that the Eagle Sport filled in more of the wheel well space. These tires contributed to a look of greater stability preventing the tires from looking too small for the vehicle. I'm hoping they will lend the same result to a 2013 Santa Fe I'm planning to buy.

So far so good

When I first got them I noticed that on curves I got a little bit of drift. Once I put a little miles on them that went away. I also noticed that these tires have more road noise than the previous tires. Overall I love these tires, they perform as I would expect from them. the car tracks down the road dry and wet in a way that I can depend on. Have not driven them in the snow yet, the final test, if they perform as they have been this will be my tire for the life of the car.
