Very pleased with my purchase.

I've been using this brand of tires for 6 years now and I can't complain. Sam's Club always have the best price and the service is great! I am very pleased with the purchase

Tire great; Service a different story.

The tire is fine, the service however, present a different story. I was never informed that only one person was working as the service technician. Three hours later, with me complaining in the interim, I finally received my vehicle. The onsite SAM's Wholesale representative found no issue with what occurred; I was not compensated in any fashion. I guess I was supposed to accept what had occurred as an every day type of thing.

Unexpected Flat Tire!

I was parked at Sam's Club and noticed that I had a flat tire. Luckily, I was right in front of the tire center. The tire could not be repaired, so I bought a new one. I have noticed that my SUV is not driving as smoothly and I also noticed that when I turn, I can feel it on that side. Maybe I need a wheel alignment or it's due to the uneven wear? I need to schedule an appointment to have it checked out. Other than that, the people at the service center were very accommodating and professional and I was grateful that the flat didn't happen on the freeway or on my way home to Pahrump. Thank you!
