Poor Service Great Product

The tires have performed very well, and Goodyear continues to meet my expectations for quality. I have had no issues with them to date. However, my service experience at Sam's was disappointing. I had a 4:00 PM appointment, arrived at 3:45 PM, and did not leave until after 6:00 PM. This was my first time purchasing tires from Sam's, and the excessive delay—combined with the repeated excuses I was given—left a poor impression. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return for future service.

These tires look great and ride great. Not only that, there is no road noise from these tires. I was eyeing another recommended brand until these tires were introduced late last year.
