Long time Sam's tire purchaser.

Starting with a good name brand is generally a good beginning. Having fast, friendly and capable personnel to install the tires is the next step, and the men at Sam's certainly performed that task quickly and completely. In what seemed like no time at all we were back on the road, just in time to safely and confidently drive through some lousy winter weather.

Great tires, even better customer service

We had to purchase this replacement passenger side tire for an unanticipated damage situation, as described below, but along with that replacement, Mr. Matthew, the Sam's Club technician recommended we also include a TPMS Kit small purchase price to assure proper functionality of the tire wheel air valve stem.  
Tire Damage Situation: While driving about 1.5 miles at night from our house in our vehicle, we heard very significant vehicle vibrations from the passenger side.  So, we then stopped and noticed the rear-passenger side tire was flat. Thankfully, we were able to re-inflate it with a special tool stored in the vehicle, and we were able to drive back to the house, but at that time we did not know why the tire became flat.  The next day we realized the tire had been flattened by a large nail into the tread surface and the tire wall surfaces were subsequently and permanently damaged due to its flat rolling condition. 
After all work service completion by Mr. Matthew, while driving we also noticed the vehicle's “excessive low tire-pressure” dash-board indicator light was now shut-off. This indicator light had been staying on for the past two years, and our regular auto repair technician had previously suggested we frequently check tire pressures or pay a very large price estimate to figure out and fix which of our 4-vehicle tire valve stems was the cause for it to have remained on so long.

Un-anticipated Extra Benefit from This Purchase

Our OEM Michelin tires had problems of leaking air that the driver's tire finally went flat.  These Goodyear tires had similar tread patterns, were on sale with $100 off when you buy 4.  The installation was fast, under an hour and the ride and handling felt better than our originals on the car.

2021 Honda CR-V Replacement Tires

I went to Sam's Club to get tires. I wasn't sure if I needed 2 or 4. I had no idea what size tires I needed. The guy at the service dept was wonderful. He told me that they would get the car from where I parked it and check them out and let me know. I didn't have an appointment. Within 2 hours, I had new tires put on. They kept my old tires at no additional cost. I was very pleased with my experience.

After pricing out in the area, Sam's had the best price for the value. I ordered them Sunday and got the call Monday they had arrived. The whole process was smooth and with the sale and membership plus discount I was under my expected cost. Everyone was friendly and professional. These tires have a long mileage warranty and I am very happy with the tires and the experience.

Sam's Club Goodyear Assurance tires and install

The staff significantly overinflated the tires. When I went to the store to discuss, the woman immediately told me that the indicator light on my dashboard was probably because the weather had gotten cooler.  For starters the light came on the same afternoon I had the tires installed and the temperature was only a few degrees cooler (like 68 vs. 72) and secondly the ultimate issue was them being improperly overinflated.  The entire experience made me decide to not ever trust Sam's again because the inflation to the proper level is the easiest part and they can't even get that right.

An “egg” developed in the sidewall of one of the tires that I had purchased from SAMS and I needed a replacement fast. I received no compensation from my road hazard coverage but I was pleased that I was able to get a new tire mounted within a couple of hours so I could avoid driving on the spare. My biggest problem with SAMS tire department is sometimes it is NOT possible to make an appointment to have necessary work performed.

Sometimes appointments not possible

I ordered 4 tires and 4 sensors. Had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get installed. Then had an appointment at 5 did not get done until 720. They called to ask if I wanted tire sensors as my light was on, I said yes, I paid for them, he said for 4 I said yes I have the receipt. Once car was done they appear to be good. Everyone has been very nice in general. Will purchase again and hope it doesn't take that long.

Somewhat happy with product. Not what I ordered! Store could not find two of the four tires. Had to take substitute tires. Waited FOur hours to have them installed!
