Father's day this year getting all to gather feeling great, then it happened. Was getting socks on the next thing I recall was in ER three IV' s I had gone into diabetic coma. The first time EVER having Glucerna was next day at breakfast in hospital. I Was Hooked!  While preparing to go home my husband went to the store and purchased a case. My son loves chocolate as do I and that's what my husband bought. My son asked to try one so I let him. Can't keep my frig full he drinks 2 a day. He love's them. He is a non-diabetic. I was a gestational diabetic with all of my pregnancies. There wasn’t anything I could find that didn’t send my sugar sky high at breakfast, that I could manage to eat with morning sickness. On my OBGYNs suggestion, I tried a Glucerna and I loved the way it tasted. Best part, my sugar stayed level.  That was over 15 years ago, and I still drink Glucerna every single morning. I am not a diabetic. I just love the taste, and the way it makes me feel. It’s also a super quick way to have a healthy start for the day or keep from missing a meal when I’m super busy. My Morning Staple, Not just for Diabetics!

my favorite thing to do is microwave the chocolate flavor in a mug and make hot chocolate! it is SO good! I am NOT diabetic. I am not even overweight. I just love my sweets and love finding healthier alternatives and this chocolate hunger smart glucerna is a nice treat for me when I'm in the chocolate mood! I have also frozen chocolate glucenera in ice cube trays to put in my yonanas to make frozen ice cream subsitute chocolate desserts. anyway, i do appreciate that this dessert beverage does have a good nutritional profile and does help with staying full longer unlike most other dessert options. i always feel very satisfied becuase it tasts so good and I feel happily full afterwards. this drink was also very helpful for me when I was studying and working late and long shifts. far more delicious than other chocolate protein or health drinks.

My Doctor suggested I try GLUCERNA HungerSmart in place of lunch, as my sugars were out of control. I decided, ok, I’ll try it. I just loved the chocolate flavor. I put it in the back of my frig, so it gets a little ice in it. Shake it hard, and it is so good. As I’m drinking this great icy flavor drink, I’m controlling my sugar as well. Couldn’t get much better than that.

Glucerna is a very healthy beverage that tastes good and is healthy in all categories.  I drink one Glucerna every day.  It tastes so good that I'm tempted to drink more than one.  It keeps me away from candy, cookies and other sweets that I shouldn't be eating. I use both chocolate and vanilla.  Both taste great.

I used to have one cup of coffee each day with cream and a stevia packet with breakfast.  Then I tried a shake with 8 oz of plain coffee, 4 oz. of Glucerna hunger smart homemade vanilla and 4 oz. of Glucerna rich chocolate.  That is my breakfast most days now and I find I have many fewer urges for snacks all day.  By the way, I am not a diabetic.

I tried the chocolate smart shake and the vanilla shake. They both tasted good. I’ve been having trouble sleeping and have no energy in the morning to make breakfast. I had been eating those frozen breakfast sandwiches and they are not good for my blood sugar levels or my cholesterol. They shoot my blood sugar way too high. I bought a case of the chocolate smart meal shakes for breakfast and it is actually cheaper to get the shakes by the case rather than get a package of breakfast sandwiches for the month. The shakes help keep my blood sugar down and are healthier than the sandwiches. They are also satiating and I don’t feel hungry so soon after eating. Thanks for making this product!

Great for breakfast

Newly diagnosed and having difficulty getting the nutrients I need. These shakes provide the needed proteins without raising my blood sugar. I am able to skip one meal per day and replace with one of these smart shakes has been wonderful and the taste great too!

Great taste

I have diabetes, was using for myself when my non diabetic husband tried it and took over the product. Every day he takes a bottle to work for lunch.  I had to stop using because it gives me the runs.  I really liked butter pecan. He likes strawberry.

I bought this for my mom who is diabetic but the product was full of gunk inside and undrinkable. It has formed inside the bottle. It’s not even expired which has a date of March 1, 2025
