I've been using this nugget ice maker for a couple weeks now and I'm honestly obsessed. If you're a fan of that soft, chewable "Sonic-style" ice, then this machine my friend delivers exactly that!!! I use it for everything from iced coffee to matcha lattes and it genuinely elevates the experience without high prices that retailers will charge you.

This compact design fits perfectly on my countertop and when I need to stow away slides right under my kitchen cabinets. Super impressed with how fast the ice is made. Love that there's no water hookup required, you just fill the reservoir and you're good to go.

Game Changer for Ice Lovers!

I’ve been using this black ice maker for a few weeks now, and it has been a great addition to my kitchen. The design is sleek and modern, and the black finish looks really clean on the countertop.

It produces ice surprisingly fast — usually within minutes — which is perfect when we have guests over or need ice quickly. The machine is also fairly quiet, so it doesn’t disturb the space even when running continuously.

Setup was simple, and the controls are very user-friendly. I also like that it doesn’t take up too much space compared to other ice makers I’ve seen.

Overall, it’s reliable, efficient, and looks great. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a compact and stylish ice maker.

Summer is coming - buy it!

Love the ice! Easy to set up and use. The only problem is that although it technically could hold more, the ice always gets stuck and then it reads that the basket is full and won’t fill anymore. So it really only “holds” about 2/3rds of what it claims.

Yummy ice, slight defect with design

Makes ice only, does not keep it frozen. This seem like a feature that should be included.

This is my first ice maker. I was very excited to have it and still am, however things to get used to: the noise (fan, ice dropping, overall noisy), the taste (I used spring water and the ice to me tastes like plastic). I have opted to just only plug it in and use it as needed. It won’t stay plugged in 24/7.

Good, just be aware

If I could give negative stars, I would. Right out of the box, and after the hassle of running 3 cleaning cycles as suggested in the (poorly written) manual, no ice was ever produced. It was plugged in for 18  hours, every direction was followed to a T, and nothing.
