It says scented but I think it is unscented.  Doesn't matter.  What did matter is that there are 4 bags, about 11 lbs each as carrying another 44 pounds could not been done  Got in in the car, got a scissor when i was open and was able to carry each bag in separately and make it easy to refill the little box

Easy for Handle

I've changed litter so many times trying to find the best one for the price. I have 4 cats and just finished fostering 4 kittens. This is the best by far in controlling odor. It still tracks outside the box but I have yet to find one that doesn't that I can afford with multiple litter boxes.

Multiple Cats

Best litter ever. We have tried them all and this is the one that works the best. Other litters say they clump but when you try to scoop the box they fall apart. This litter controls odor and truly clumps with cat urine so it is easily removed from the box. This is a great bargain because I don’t have to dump the entire box every time the litter box gets scooped!

Best cat litter ever!

This clumping litter clumps pee very well and makes it easy to scoop out. The freshness of the litter has lasted me and my cat over a week. I only have one cat and two litter boxes, so your mileage may vary. One bag in this pack fits one litter box with no problem. my little Zelda is about 3 and half months old.

Excellent odor control litter!

My cat has no issues with using this litter (or any litter I tend to use). I think this might be a little lower dust level than the other brand I was using. The individual bags make it easier to top off the litter container, and would also make it easier to add directly to the litter box if using that way.

I have 4 cats and I am 74 yrs old. They are a lot of work and I have to try always to find my supplies in smaller packaging because I cannot lift large heavy objects.  This is the best littler that I have found, I scoop the boxes daily and add litter ever week with a box scrub when needed.  It was a godsend when I found this litter, it is perfect.  The absorption is great, turns into to nice solid chunks that are easily removed with leaving a lot of damp sand behind.  And the10 # bags are so very easy for me to handle.   With 4 cats, I rarely need to add a half bag but the blue tape on the bag makes it simple to do that when a portion of the bag is to be set aside.  And the price is great.  I have tried the lightweight litters, they are dusty and I swear that I can hear my old man cat sneezing after using the litter box when I tried one of this brands.  This litter does its job, not a mess maker, does not track all through my house and does not smell.  I have tried others but I always come back to my Fresh Step,  can’t beat it for multicast household, ease of using those nice small bags but with them in a 4 pack, I have enough for weeks.  Not messy and it just works!!

Convenient!! And works well!!

I have four cats and 4 litter boxes to maintain. This litter seems to do the best with odor control and clumping for easy scooping. Daily scoops and top off extends the usage. I have three female cats and they drink a good amount of water daily.

Great Price 444 lbs

The fresh step 44 pound multi pack clumping litter is a good value for the price, especially when it's on sale. The litter itself is very fine and has a pleasant aroma that is not overpowering. Personally, I think there's a lot of dust because of the fine texture. But my cat likes it and that's the most important thing. I do have a mat for when it tracks out of the box.   It comes in four,  11 pound packages, which makes it easy to lift and carry to your litter boxes, you don't need to lug around huge heavy containers.  The remaining packages stay sealed and stored until they are ready to be used.  Sam's Club has the best price on this item and you get four extra pounds.

I tried this, to compare it to my regular brand, and it wasn't worth it. Not only are the granules too small, but my cats spend way too much time trying to get it out of their claws. It's very dusty and the clumps fall apart while scooping.

Not as good as past versions by fresh step. This one is more dusty and does not mask the odor. I don’t know if they changed their formula but something if off and I used to swear by fresh step. Very disappointed..
