Flavor Profile

Our Club Soda is our simplest product. Made with Scottish sea salt and a high level of carbonation. Specifically crafted with the perfect level of bubbles and a delicate aroma to complement and enhance the flavors of the finest spirit. Our Club Soda has a silky smooth texture and a high level of carbonation; it has no aroma so it can effectively bring to life the flavors of the premium spirit it's being mixed with.

Ingredients

We are proud to use Scottish sea salt for our drinks. Renowned for its distinctive quality, the salt we use is collected using a unique method that involves crystallizing salt on large towers of Blackthorn bushes. Situated on the Scottish West Coast, the Ayrshire sea water passes through a large thorn tower to create a delicious brine before being crystallized into premium salt crystals. This is a salt like no other, celebrated for the natural process used to harvest it & its uniquely sweet and umami flavor.

Serving Recommendations

Perfect for cocktails, mocktails, or as a sophisticated sparkling beverage on its own. It goes great in a Whiskey Soda, Vodka Soda, Tequila Soda or as a refreshing soft drink on its own.

History

Fever-Tree began in 2003 with a meeting of minds and one simple premise: if three quarters of your drink is the mixer, wouldn’t you want it to be the best?​ Our co-founders Charles and Tim, working in different parts of the drinks business, had both spotted that premium spirits were growing quickly, fueled by consumers’ increasing awareness of the provenance of what they ate and drank. Ingredients

  • 1 fl. oz. Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda
  • 1 fl. oz. Aperol
  • 1 fl. oz. Fresh Watermelon Juice
  • 3 fl. oz. Prosecco

Garnish

  • Watermelon Slice

Instructions

  1. Fill a balloon or wine glass with fresh ice and pour over Aperol and Watermelon Juice
  2. Top with Prosecco and Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda
  3. Stir and garnish with large Watermelon slice

Small Small can of club soda is the perfect size for a quick refreshing drink or to use as a mixer with other beverages. The club soda is a great way for calorie free refreshment without distracting flavors. It’s a step up from plain water, and has more sparkle than sparking water. I really recommend this brand and the small size means it won’t go flat because you will finish the can.
