Love it but hard to find at times. It's a kosher low sodium alternative to other blends on the market. No MSG. Gluten free. With 110mg of sodium per ¼ teaspoon, this blend contributes roughly 5% of the recommended daily limit per pinch. While it contains salt as the first ingredient, the dilution by the five other pepper varieties and spices means it is less sodium-dense than pure table salt (which would be ~575mg per ¼ tsp) A little does go a long way to boost flavor because it contains The blend consists of the following components dehydrated items like: Dehydrated Garlic Dehydrated Onion Red Pepper Dehydrated Red %26 Green Bell Peppers Zero-Calorie Profile: The blend is virtually calorie-free, fat-free, and carb-free, making it suitable for strict diet plans (keto, low-carb, etc.)
