What Is an AGM Battery?
Absorbed glass mat, or AGM, battery design allows the electrolyte to wick between the battery plates. There is only enough electrolyte liquid in the battery to keep the glass mat moist. If for some reason the battery cracks, there is not enough liquid to leak out of the casing.

    Customer service rep vs in store assistance

    I received excitement customer service, efficient service, and lastly the only thing that I could not understand was when I called provided my car information I was quoted by a Sam’s customer service representative Janela $154 and when arrived was charged a total of $210 including core. That was a significant difference.
