I’m really happy with these solar spotlights! The detached solar panel is such a smart design, it gave me the flexibility to place the lights exactly where I wanted while keeping the panel in full sun. Installation was quick and very easy.They give off a beautiful, soft glow that makes my landscaping and fence area look so much nicer at night. They’re not harsh or overly bright — just the perfect accent lighting. On sunny days they last well into the evening, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for simple, attractive outdoor lighting.

These small spotlights perform really well, have far better build quality than I was expecting, and include some features that take this to a 5-star rating. First off, the housings for the spotlights are a smooth black metal, which was the biggest surprise...I thought they'd be lightweight, cheap plastic. Same goes for the swivel bracket that attaches each light onto its own plastic stake. Those materials, along with the thick and very clear lens covers, make this instantly feel like a more robust and high-quality product. It was super easy getting these set up, with all four spotlights daisy chained to each other before reaching the solar panel that holds the rechargeable battery. The length of the wiring between each spotlight was nice, so that we could spread them out effectively in a rock area with raised planters in our front yard (see picture with review). The stakes are a thick plastic that didn't bend or wobble when inserting them into the dirt, and then we were able to easily hide the thin wiring underneath the rock for a clean look. Each spotlight can be angled on its metal bracket attached to the stake (or mounted with included screws directly to a fence/wall), giving you full control over where the light shines. The solar panel itself also feels well-built and works effectively to charge the included battery...but the best part about the panel is that it can also be plugged via a standard USB-C cable into an outlet! You can easily charge up the batteries to their maximum regardless of how much sunlight you're getting. That feature alone makes this so much better than these types of solar spotlights typically are and provides maximum flexibility. It's simple to slide the panel off the stake and unscrew the wiring connection to plug the panel in for charging when needed, removing any and all worry about the product being bricked during periods of weak sunlight. The included remote enables you to select different colors, brightness levels, and lighting patterns...again, more feature-heavy than I was expecting from this product. The remote works reasonably well, as long as you have a sight line to the solar panel that houses the controller, though the lights can also be controlled directly via buttons on the bottom of the solar panel. Lastly, and most importantly, is the actual light produced by these. The various colors and brightness levels are great, as seen in the pictures below, even with substantial ambient lighting from street lights, porch lights, etc. We have them pointed at our raised planters in our front yard, which currently don't have plants/flowers yet for the upcoming spring season, and they light them up nicely. We'll point them up a bit further once we get things planted for the season, which is easily possible with those swivel brackets. Overall, we are very pleasantly surprised with this entire product and highly recommend it!
