They distribute heat well and are a good weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The skillets are heavy-bottomed, so hold heat well and distribute it evenly. Even though they are not non-stick I find them easy to clean without abrasives. Since they are non-stick a little oil helps with cooking in them but I use very small amounts.

So glad to find stainless steel cookware at an affordable price! Even deoderant does not use aluminum as an ingredient because its not safe for your skin, yet so much cookware uses aluminum, and this is not good for anyone. My husband has dementia and we have been warned about aluminum as something to stay clear of. Sam's Club, you are awesome!
