Directions: Adults and Children 2 yrs. & older: brush teeth thoroughly after meals or at least twice a day or use as directed by a dentist. Do not swallow. To minimize swallowing use a pea-sized amount in children under 6 yrs. Supervise children's brushing until good habits are established. Children under 2 yrs.: ask a dentist.

My go to toothpaste for over 40 years

Crest is and will always be my go to toothpaste. Since I’ve been using this now since my 20’s I haven’t had a cavity. I use their whitening formula in both toothpaste and mouthwash and it really does whiten your teeth but doesn’t make them so white they literally ok unnatural. I shared a couple of tubes with my sister so she and her husband could try it out. It’s simply the best dental hygiene products on the market.
