Welcome to Creekside, where we do things the old fashioned way. We are excited for you to taste the difference. Kurt learned to cook bar-be-que from the traditions of his great-grandfather. All of our recipes have been passed down through the generations. Kurt slow-cooks our meats the old-fashioned way with hickory and pecan wood. You will find no gas in our cookers to speed up the process. Meats come off the cooker fresh daily. While this process may be old-fashioned and time consuming, we know you will be able to taste the difference. Kurt’s great-grandfather loved to invite the whole town over to his house for bar-be-que. We strive to follow his tradition and serve you generous portions in a down home atmosphere. We hope you feel at home.
