Cooper introduces the Discoverer Stronghold AT. Strong and Durable, and backed by a 60,000 mile warranty, this tire will last until the job is done! Strategically designed tread lugs help to resist cracking, tearing, and rounding of the tread. Ledges between the lugs help prevent stones getting stuck in tread. The Stronghold is protected from demanding environments. A specialized rubber compound and wide lateral grooves help plow through water, providing maximum traction.

Never buy Cooper Stronghold for 3/4 ton trucks

Have had these tires back in Sam’s Automotive to be balanced 3 times. The 3rd time they replaced one of the tires that would not balance for a small fee. Tires had less than 5000 miles on them. I still have at least one more that’s badly out of balance. Service Technician said this is common with the larger Cooper Tires. Would have been good to know before I purchased them. Have to schedule another appointment and argue with them again that there’s another balance issue.
