Upon arrival to get ordered tires put on I was in the waiting area for 15 minutes Before someone waited on me, I was on time for my appointment at 9 o’clock. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and 45 minutes which I’m assuming it was that again I had to wait for someone to even notice I was there when I return to pick up my vehicle I waited again for sometime before someone finally told me I could take the car and they gave me a receipt which I had paid for online. I got in the car and drove home and my ABS light came on and a skidding car below it lighten my dash before I got to the house I figured it was a sensor and not to complain. It would go away, but it didn’t so I thought it was the brakes as I had the brakes done a couple of months ago. So I took the cat to the dealership where I had the brakes done and they told me no that I just have tires put on and I said yeah and they said well that’s what your problem is. They hit a sensor. The dealership also told me that they were the only ones that were or had the equipment to check and fix sensor trouble so I let them go ahead and fix it which cost me $579 Then I went back to Sam’s and I was told told that it wasn’t their fault so I’m not sure who’s fault it is. I was very very very unhappy and I was told that a manager would call me which to this date this was done on 12th of February. Today is the 27th. I have not heard from the manager. Someone called me from the garage who spoke broken English and I could not understand him only that his name was Rathe I think and that they were not at fault that’s all I could understand that they were not responsibility for the problem I was having. I will never ever have anything to do with Sam’s again. I will never go into the store. I’m done!!! if you can do this to a 76-year-old lady you can do it to anybody. I even call the 800 number and found a complaint and they told me the manager would call me. To this date I have received no such call. I’m done with you all at Sam’s and I have been a member for over 20 years. I’m done.
