love this pizza oven

Very happy with this purchase! I bought it on Black Friday sale and you just can't beat the bang for the buck. I did a ton of research and this is the best indoor pizza oven for under a grand, and by far the best at this price point! Does a fantastic job with the thin crust and Neapolitan style pizzas I've tried so far. I know purists say a Neapolitan pizza should be done in 90 seconds and it will realistically take 2.5-3 minutes from my experience in this oven. I don't mind that. It's fantastic and more than adequate for 99% of people.

1st pizza

Directions are clear & precise for oven setup. Read all the instructions before using. We experimented and are now adjusting our recipe for this specific oven. Changed our flour/dough ingredients. Pizza was done in 2 minutes and very good. Will try an amended recipe today improve the flavor and make the dough more airy.

Pizza by Chefman in Phoenix Summer

We have made pizza twice now! How fun! Now give recipes for gluten free dough and stromboli and other things we can make in this fantastic oven. It works in Phoenix summer indoors in 118 degree weather-doesn't heat up the kitchen like the oven would!
