AM Face Lotion

CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion with Sunscreen provides all day hydration and broad spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen protection from UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays cause aging. UVB rays cause burning. Formulated with Hyaluronic Acid to help retain skin’s natural moisture, Niacinamide to help calm the skin, 3 Essential Ceramides to help restore & maintain the skin’s natural moisture barrier, micro-fine zinc oxide sunscreen for UVA/UVB protection, and MVE Technology to deliver hydration throughout the day. This CeraVe moisturizer with SPF is a hydrating face lotion that offers both chemical and mineral sun protection, spreads easily, is absorbed quickly, and leaves a non-greasy finish. Recommended for daily use by the Skin Cancer Foundation, CeraVe AM Lotion is fragrance free, oil free, allergy-tested and non-comedogenic (meaning it won't clog your pores). Suitable for normal to dry skin.

PM Face Lotion

CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion has an ultra-lightweight, unique formula that moisturizes throughout the night and helps restore the protective skin barrier with three essential ceramides (1,3,6-II). This night cream is formulated to lock in your skin's moisture and helps restore you skin's natural barrier while you sleep. The formula also contains hyaluronic acid to help retain skin’s natural moisture and niacinamide to help calm skin. Suitable for all skin types, this face cream is fragrance free, paraben-free, oil free, allergy-tested and non-comedogenic (meaning it won't clog your pores). 

3 Essential Ceramides 

Ceramides are naturally found in your skin (making up 50% of the lipids in the skin barrier) and play a vital role in helping your skin protect you. They help fill in the gaps between your skin cells so your skin can seal in moisture and seal out impurities. All CeraVe products are formulated with three essential ceramides (1, 3, 6-II) to help maintain the skin’s natural barrier.

Directions:
AM Lotion: Use this daily face sunscreen as the last step in a morning skincare routine. If layering with an eye cream, moisturizer or facial serum, apply Cerave AM facial lotion after other product applications have been fully absorbed. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
PM Lotion: Use Cerave PM facial lotion as the last step in an evening skincare routine. If layering with an eye cream, moisturizer or facial serum, apply the Cerave night lotion after other product applications have been fully absorbed. Apply liberally to the face and neck at night, or as directed by a physician.
AM & PM Tips: Unlock the pump for first-time use by twisting it to the left and pressing down several times until the product comes out. Note: You may actually have to press down on the pump as many as 10-20 times to initially begin dispensing lotion.

One Step, So Many Benefits.

This is one of the best SPF moisturizers I've used. It's lightweight, non-greasy, and wears really well under makeup, with or without primer. Bonus points for the ceramides, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid, so it basically multitasks for my whole skincare routine. Honestly, the whole CeraVe line is amazing. With all the skincare research I've done, it consistently stays at the top of my list.

Not Great

I normally like CeraVe products. But, the AM lotion in this duo was so flaky! It mad my skin look like I was shedding! I had to wash it off and start over with their regular lotion and a separate sunblock. Returning this for sure, which is unfortunate because I liked how lightweight the PM lotion was.
