This is the best value. Parmesan has the most protein per serving of any cheese. We've been having it as a snack and with red lentil pasta for months.

Never buying shredded cheese again

Arrived fresh and cool. The cheese has good flavor and goes great with the Italian dishes we have made. The cheese itself has nice mellow nutty flavor and it's not overly salty as some parmesan cheeses tend to be.
