Product details

Enjoy the rich flavor of Cello Imported Parmesan Cheese. Each wheel of this artisan Parmesan cheese is a reflection of the cheese maker’s dedication to superior quality and commitment to maintaining the heritage of Italian-style cheese making.

The authentically deep, nutty aroma lightly teases the robust flavor of this traditional Parmesan, which finishes with a slightly sweet clean taste that leaves you hungry for more. The complex composition is the result of the 10 months of natural aging each wheel undergoes.

This wheel of cheese is approximately 15 pounds and is covered with wax to preserve its quality. For best results, store this cheese between 33-41° F.

The uses for parmesan cheese are endless. It's an essential ingredient in Italian cooking. Use it to add a rich flavor to soups and pastas. Grate it over salads. Sprinkle it on pizza. Parmesan is also an excellent accompaniment for meatballs, egg dishes and casseroles.
