Caves d'Esclans Whispering Angel 750 ml

Begin your journey down the road of rosé with The Palm by Whispering Angel. Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, this authentic rosé from Provence operates as a playful, trendy, energetic "little sister" to Whispering Angel. The Palm is expressive both inside and out as it shows great aromatic freshness on the nose followed by more subtle, fruity notes on the palate. The colorful and playful label has been called "almost as perfect as the rosé itself." Signed and approved by Whispering Angel.

Harvest from sunrise to noon. Optical grape sorting. No maceration. Destemming and crushing to limit oxidation. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats. The Palm is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah made from grapes which are selected from the best vineyards in the appellation Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Pale pink with green hues both of which are clear and very expressive. Great aromatic freshness on the nose followed by more subtle, fruity notes on the palate. The freshness is coupled with exceptional length and roundness. Crisp and suave finish.

As a négociant and vinificateur (winery), Caves d’Esclans identifies vineyards, grapes and wines from Château d’Esclans as well as local growers to make what has reputedly become the world’s greatest rosé. As the objective is to obtain the best quality grapes and wines, the winemakers have created relationships with the local grape growers, committed beside Caves d’Esclans, whose vineyards are treated with the same high standards of quality as are the vineyards of Château d’Esclans.
