Warranty Information

The Teak Wood Patio Sofa Daybed comes with a One Year Limited Frame Warranty. This warranty covers structural defects in material and workmanship, excluding normal changes in wood color over time and wear and tear of chair feet. Fabrics and cushions are also warranted against workmanship or material defects, excluding damage due to exposure to chemicals, cleaning products, sun lotions, improper maintenance, or extreme heat. Please note that this warranty does not cover furniture used for commercial, contractor or non-residential purposes. It also excludes clearance items, display models, and items purchased "as is". The warranty does not cover failures caused by unreasonable or abusive use, freight damage, acts of nature, vandalism, fire, lack of proper care and maintenance, or improper assembly. Accidental damage, repair, or modifications by the customer, exposure to severe weather, and normal wear and tear are also not covered.

Claim Process

In the event of a claim, please provide supporting documents such as the packing slip/invoice, additional documents (photos or videos) of damaged/defected/missing part, item number and part code (found on assembly instruction). Please retain all damaged goods until the claim is resolved. Note that your claim will not be processed until properly supported.
