With its irresistible flavor profile and cultural significance, pollo asado has rightfully earned its place as a beloved classic in Latin American cuisine, cherished by food enthusiasts around the world for its timeless appeal and irresistible taste. <h2>Recipe</h2> <h3>Caesar Salad w/ Pollo Asado (Serves 4)</h3> Ingredients <ul> <li>1.5 lbs. pollo asado</li> <li>2 heads of romaine, roughly chopped</li> <li>3 cups of croutons</li> <li>1/4 cup of parmesan, freshly grated</li> <li>Caesar Dressing: Homemade or store bought</li> <li>1/2 cup of mayonnaise</li> <li>3 tbsp. of freshly grated parmesan</li> <li>1 clove of garlic, grated</li> <li>1 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice</li> <li>1 tbsp. of dijon mustard</li> <li>1/2 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce</li> <li>Salt and pepper to taste</li> </ul> Instructions For Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Cook for 18-20 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes then dice. I purchsed this for my housewarming party.  I had a nacho bar. I cut up the chicken, cooked it, then placed it in a crock pot to keep it warm. Everyone loved it!

This has become one of our weekly favorites. The flavor is amazing and this chicken is soooo tender. Breaks apart with a fork! Since Sam's introduced this we have been serving it weekly.
