The Chefiq Mini-Oven was a Christmas gift to myself.  My OMNI Oven had seen many years of use.  I had used my ChefiQ Temperature probes for several years and when I saw the Min-Oven available, with software that could be used with my Temperature Probes and Smartphone, I knew what I needed to purchase.  The price was too much for my retiree budget. Eventually the price was lowered to what I could afford.  There's no "manual" for how to use the smartphone software, but the Support Team has been excellent via email to address my "problems" with using the oven.

We bought this to replace a tired Breville and we're so happy with our decision. Not only is the oven fast heating and accurate temperature settings it looks great doing it.
Features like high broil, airfry and proofing makes our big oven almost obsolete. The handy app provides everything for cooking new recipes to toast.

Multi purpose oven does it all

The CHEF iQ mini oven is an absolute versatile tool to use in the kitchen for any truck regardless of your level of experience. as an experienced Cook with semi formal training, this is a must have in the kitchen. You have a tremendous versatility and utilization of many different cooking techniques and it’s smart technology. It tells you when your food is done if you add your CHEF iQ cooking probes you’ve got a fail safe system based on heating temperatures of Meats versus time. Perfect meals every time. ***** start rating!

Unprecedented!

I love this Chef IQ oven and I think you will too. I haven't bought the dedicated thermometer that goes with it for cooking meat. I have primarily used it for many kinds of toast and for cooking stew on the slow cooker setting. I look forward to other uses. I have an air fryer that I love so I don't know that I'll use it for that but as a very versatile oven with convenient presets, I think it's fabulous.

It's slick

I enjoy my cooker better than any other cooker I’ve ever had. I like the different of the push button. I’m not necessarily pushing, but the touchscreen response. Now you change it how it works and speaks to you and the options that you have with it would not trade it for the world. Looking forward to using it every day thank you.

Best

I couldn't wait until my ChefIQ Mini Oven arrived. It has been fun trying out all the different cooking functions with it and comparing the results. It fits perfectly with the other CHEF IQ products and the cooking suggestions are amazing. It's compact design has even allowed me to put it in my Teardrop Trailer and taken on camping adventures. To have the cooking versatility while camping adds to the excitement and pleasure of being outdoors.

The perfect oven for all my cooking needs.

I’ve put this little oven to work pretty much every day since I got it, and it hasn’t let me down once. It heats fast, cooks evenly, and doesn’t make a big production out of anything. I’ve used it for quick breakfasts, reheating leftovers, roasting veggies, and plenty of “I’m not firing up the big oven for this” meals. It handles all of it without fuss.

The size is perfect, the controls make sense, and the results are consistent. It’s become the appliance I reach for first because it just works and saves me time. If you want something dependable that actually earns its spot on the counter, this is it!

Solid, Reliable, and Constantly Used!

Unboxing was a breeze. The only problem(?) was where some of the accessories packed. When the person who was helping me went to lift the oven  out of the box the acessory popped out and he thought he had done something wrong.  That was a small hiccup; otherwise everything went swimmingly.

Newbie unboxing

Unboxing the mini oven and pairing it with Bluetooth was easy. Activating the warranty was impossible. The warranty activation requires a model number, but it will not let you enter your model number. Instead, it inserts a number that doesn’t appear to have anything to do with the appliance.

Unboxing With One Glitch

The air fry and toast functions work really well. I love the baking trays also. But this unit pulls so much power to operate that it makes the lights in my refrigerator flicker, as well as the ceiling fan lights. It’s almost too powerful. No other air fryer ever did that. Also, the app seems kind of useless if you don’t buy the (sold separately) thermometers.

Works well but pulls a lot of power

We own all Chef IQ products and have been waiting patiently since the announcement of the Mini Oven. We unboxed it and immediately put it to use to make homemade pizzas but we noticed during preheating that the rubber seal had melted onto the glass and the case of the oven. We had to scrape the melted rubber off of the glass and hoped the seal would still work. I am not sure if we can even use it again.
