Chicken salad is delicious and a couple of them without the crackers is a great low carb lunch. One with the crackers is excellent for lunch too. Also, it is just perfect for a sandwich between two slices of bread. We love these!

I was pleasantly surprised the chicken salad in actually pretty good. Good size for a snack when hungry, but not time for lunch or dinner. The 6 included crackers are good also. Would recommend to a friend, and will purchase again.
