    Briggs and Stratton Power washer

    My initial order was a 3600 psi pressure washer, I was sent a 3200psi had to return it. sent correct 3600psi, I was out of town and it went 5 days over return time of 30days. I took this pressure washer out of the box and it cranked once, water pressure was very low, it would not crank again. Finally had someone get it to crank but pressure was too low. I had owned a Briggs and Stratton 3000psi for over 14 years and only had wear and tear problems. This was a big disappointment. Now I have to find someone to repair the brand new one. Briggs and Stratton does not have a customer service help line. I am also disappointed in Sams Club return policy of 30 days for an expensive piece of equipment.
