Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged. No expiration date/fees. Card issued by AMF Bowling Centers, Inc. c/o 7313 Bell Creek Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111.

You may only use your Gift Card in the manner and for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.

Gift Cards may only be used for the purchase of eligible products and services. Gift cards are not valid for online bookings, leagues, or tournaments. Redemption of Gift Cards is subject to lane availability.

You may use your Gift Card for one or more transactions. If the purchase amount for the transaction is not more than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining unused sum will be the value remaining on your Gift Card after you completed your purchase.

You may use a maximum of 4 gift cards per private event booking.

You must have sufficient, available funds to pay for your transaction. If the purchase amount for the transaction is greater than the funds available on your Gift Card, the difference must be paid by other means, including cash, credit or debit card.

Email Delivery Gift Card Details:

You will receive a confirmation email from SamsClub.com within minutes of successful order placement.

A second email from SamsEV@e-deliverygroup.com with access to your Code is usually delivered within an hour or, at most, within 48 hours depending on additional order validation required by Sam’s Club or your credit card company.
