ITS GLORIOUS

I recently installed this Infrared Sauna and let me tell you, this is the closest I've ever felt to being a baked potato. And I mean that as a compliment. You step in, the door closes, and suddenly you're bathing in this warm, seductive red light that feels like the sun decided to give you a private hug without the UV drama. It's not the face-melting 200°F traditional sauna's blast, rather it's a cozy 120–150°F gentle roast that sneaks heat straight into your soul. Within 10 minutes, my skin starts doing that thing where it looks like someone airbrushed it. Wrinkles? More like barely noticeable character details. Red light therapy is apparently out here boosting collagen like it's getting paid commission, and combined with the infrared heat penetrating deep into muscles and joints, my chronic back pain from being an overweight tub of lard decided to take a vacation. At 6'4” 245lb I'm able to comfortably sit in this beautiful box of glory with plenty of room to move around (okay fine, it's more like 255lb…ish). I can relax, listen to sports talk radio over the Bluetooth speakers, and ultimately convince myself I am the man who can fix all of the world's problems, starting with priority one: The Cleveland Browns quarterback room. Will I go back in to this bunker of wellness each day? Of course. Will I tell all of my friends and family that I do red light therapy like I'm some sort of elitist? Obviously. But I will also recommend this sauna to each of you in the highest of regard. If you're looking for a place to roast your worries, sweat out last nights bad decisions, and emerge feeling like a shiny new human gummy bear, do yourself a favor and get this sauna.

Love it!!!!

We just love our spa! We have had it about a month and I use it every day . The quality is the best . It was easy to install and every piece fit perfectly. It heats up quickly. I turn it on about 6 when I get up and it is 140ish by 6:30. Use it with red light which is fabulous ! This purchase was easy and is a great investment ! Recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better and live longer !!!

The best sauna you can buy!

I've used a lot of recovery tools over the years between owning a gym, training hard, golfing, and juggling a pretty full schedule, and I can honestly say this Backyard Discovery 2 person infrared sauna has blown me away. The first thing you notice is the build quality. This is not a flimsy, heat leaking box like some infrared saunas I've tried before. The thicker solid cedar, double wall construction, and the heavy tempered glass door make a real difference. It heats up fast, holds temperature consistently, and there are no cold spots. You feel enveloped in heat instead of chasing it. The extra infrared panels absolutely matter, you can tell this thing was designed for performance, not just looks. Assembly was shockingly easy. Everything arrived pre built, pre drilled, pre wired, and clearly labeled. It went together cleanly and quickly without frustration, which I appreciated more than I expected. If you can handle basic furniture assembly, you can handle this. The extras are where it really shines.
