  • Assembly of one customer-supplied kamado grill per product instructions.
  • If this is a propane firepit, member must provide propane tank
  • If this a gas firepit, please note this service does not include connecting the firepit to a gas line
  • Test to ensure proper operation.
  • The pro will remove and discard any product packaging upon completion of the job
  • You will be able to communicate with your professional once your booking has been created and claimed by a local provider. Angi will email you the details on how to connect with your pro

Ridiculous Booking Process and Communication

Absolutely atrocious experience. First problem - auto booking to the email address and mailing address attached to my Sam's card. I already have an Angi's account with a different email address and my mailing address differs from the service address; no way to exit. However that wasn't the worst of it. My booking was rescheduled 3 times as this is a two person job due to weight of the smoker. Angi's doesn't book one pro with the right personnel but instead tries to assign two random pros with no actual working relationship. The first two reschedules were due to a second pro not picking up the job. Once there was an actual full booking, only one pro showed up on time. There was no way to contact the other pro or even know what was going on. After standing around waiting for 30 min to reach support, my phone rang and the second 'pro' called to say he overslept and would arrive in another 20 minutes. When I reminded him that the grill weighed ~400lb and that the other person couldn't do much, his response was basically to just wait around; completely unprofessional. After this nightmare situation, I finally reached someone at support and requested my money back. No way I'd use Angi's for these kinds of things in the future. Including a photo of my smoker, still in the box, two weeks after it was delivered.
