How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?

TVs at Sam’s Club come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.

a square trade warranty

I've had a square trade warranty before. It is a very good warranty for the price. I replaced an item with square trade before. Very fast and Efficient

Allstate cheated me out of $300.00

I had Allstate coverage on my eyeglasses and filed a claim and claim was accepted. I purchased glasses at Sam's Club. Allstate said they would issue a Sam's Giftcard for coverage. After jumping through a half dozen hoops I was told they sent giftcard on March 6th. As of March 12th I still haven't received gift card. The claim was initiated on Feb 28th. They don't provide a phone number to talk to someone only communicate through email or chat. Probably 6 times they tell me gift card was sent. Allstate insurance is a ripoff!
