Your Website Link is Incorrect

Hello Sam's Club, I am currently attempting to file a claim with Allstate Protection Plans/Square Trade and the website you are directing to in your description goes to a website that looks and feels like a scam. Upon closer inspection, there is a letter missing in the word "protection". It is spelled "protecion" in your description and I'm concerned about the website that I'm being directed to. When I search for Allstate Protection Plans through my search engine, the official website (much more clean and professional) comes up. I've attached a screen shot for your review.

Terrible service

I dropped my tablet and needed the screen replaced. I sent it in using the prepaid label. It took a few days to get there, even though it goes Fedex. After replacing the screen, the tablet was returned to me. This entire ordeal took 2 weeks. When I tried to get back into the tablet, the device had been reset and no matter what I did, would not allow me to log in, even after walking through the steps with them over the phone. So I had to send it back in. I just received an email stating that nothing is wrong with the tablet and it is on the way back to me with nothing done to it. It has been such a waste of time and now I am probably going to have to buy a new tablet because I am leaving to visit my mom in 9 days, which is not enough time to repeat the process of sending it in and getting it back. This plan is a waste of money!!!

The worst warranty ever

Even though the warranty is in my Sam's club purchase history, allstate refuses to warranty my item because they didn't send the email to me. So, your warranty isn't worth crap if they don't send.
