LOVE LOVE LOVE this bread. used to get the Orowheat Italian bread white, but seems Sam's doesn't carry it anymore. Or had been out of stock of it. So switched to the Artesano. YUMMMM

Nice and thick bread slices. Great for toast or sandwiches. Price is very reasonable compared to other stores.

Good Bread Buy.

I really liked this bread at first. When fresh, the bread is soft and tasty. But I got tired of the smaller surface area available to put meat and cheese or peanut butter and jelly on. And sometimes all you taste is the bread. Probably better if you have school-age kids.

I didn't realize that this particular bread was so thick. I prefer a thinner slice of bread.

Too thick

I used to like Alfaro's bread, but it's always dried out when I get it now. Like what my mother used to call seconds. Not as in a second serving, but as a less than perfect product sold at a discount.
