Take one half (1/2) bottle for moderate energy. Take one whole bottle for maximum energy. This is a handy pick-me-up when I'm working on a long project and don't have time to stop. It's tart, but it's only a couple of sips so not too bad. I've never had any adverse reaction to 5-hour Energy, but I use it sparingly and don't combine it with other caffeinated beverages.

I absolutely love 5 hour energy drinks. They really give me the boost I need to make it through a busy day. Like many other stimulants, this energy drink doesn’t have the side effects that most on the market have. Also, they are available in many different flavors.
