First I'd like to say I'm a Senior citizen. I've found this Clorox Clean-Up to be one of the best cleaners that I've discovered for the use of cleaning my bathroom shower. After I get out of the shower I spray it down with the cleaner and I'm done, no wiping our rising and it dries sparkling clean. Before I take my shower the next day I turn on the water in advance to let it rinse it down. What a back life saver.

I have used Clorox Clean-Up for many years, it is a great product.
My problem comes into play with the shipment packaging process from Sam’s Club to the consumer.  My Clorox Clean up was shipped in a large box with edible goods, with 65% of the box being empty space, except for the three pieces of loosely crumpled paper placed in the box to possibly provide for spacing.  The problem is that with all that free space the product had the ability to get tossed throughout the shipping process.  
My box arrived with a few visible cream spots visible on the exterior of the box.  The spray bottle has become damaged (a very small hole closer to the base of the bottle.  The inside of the box was very spotted and it was apparent that though the spray bottle was not very empty only about 8% of the product has leaked out.  If not for P&Gs shrink wrap I’m sure all of the product would have emptied in the box.  And was on my other items.

I have answered three of Sam’s Clubs rate your delivery for this shipment number and after almost a month no one has reached out to me or provided a replacement.  Do you read your reviews?
Love Clorox Clean-up, but may have to start purchasing it elsewhere.

Great product, poor shipment packaging process

Love this product I use all the time but the refill bottle that it comes with is crap (I'm so sorry) I cannot refill it and use it like it was originally. I had to buy a plastic spray bottle from Walmart to use refill. Other than the horrible refill bottle I love it! Great surface cleaner.

Bad bottle

Horrible customer service. The product was poorly packed and because of that it broke one bottle and slowly was draining and damaged our floors and now the company just keep denying to answer us. And beware if you buy online you can't go to the phycal store to open a claim. You have to deal with online costumer service which looks like they don't want to solve the problem

I like this product but when I took the top off of the smaller bottle to refill and put it back on the sprayer no longer works. I have tried twisting it a million different ways and it barely spits out any of the product. So basically a waste.

Sprayer didn't work after I refilled

I am giving this a 1 ☆ only because of the way it was shipped. The spray bottle was wrapped in clear plastic but leaked everywhere,  leaving the bottle empty when i received it and the bleach itself that was in the bottle ate through the box it was shipped in. Thank the other item in the box that i purchase wasn't damage but smells like bleach. Due to where Sam's Club is located from my home, the cost of driving there to return the damaged/empty bottle isn't worth it. Won't order and have shipped again.

Ship bleach separate from othwr items

Not happy because it was torn up in shipping leaked out in the box with the paper plates. They replaced the paper plates but not the Clorox cleaner that over half had leaked out.

This cleaner is great. I love to use it in my bathroom. However, the bottles are not refillable. I have tried multiple times to refill the bottles with the Giant bottle of refill that comes with it. But once you open the spray bottle up, it is garbage. It will go back on but will not spray. This has happened to me at least four times. Now I have two giant containers of refill and four broken spray bottles. Why sell it as a refill if you can't reuse the spray bottles?

When I received the item, the top of the bottle at the filler cap was crushed down making it very difficult to pour from.
