Used once. Worked like a champ, will use some more when the weather gets better.

This is a great tree pruner at a great price I didn't know it was refurbished but that was ok for price I got done used it on 3 trees works great

It's a Fiskars. It searches the branches I need to cut and it is fairly light.

Positively

I have became addicted to this pruner!  I can remove dead, damaged limbs from trees safely from the ground.

Great tool

Ad says "Chain-drive gearing mechanism provides 3x more cutting power than traditional designs".
It says on package 2X more cutting and is not chain drive.
Add says" Pruner cuts branches up to 1¼" thick and features a low-friction coating for smooth cuts, reduced gumming and enhanced rust resistance 
"Package says "cuts up to 1"?
Price is fair but those are glaring differences.

Not used as yet, however not as advertised?

This product is misleading stating there is a 15” WoodZig saw blade included with a picture of a hand saw. It’s actually a handle and you have to take the saw off of the pruner and attach to the handle. There are not two saws.

Misleading Product Contents

I bought it last year and just used it the first time today. I extended the pole and it will not release to telescope back in.

Defective

Delivered item did not match the Sam's on-line description.  Described as "chain drive"... but no chain drive--was a cheaper rope pull only.  Described as a "stronger oval pole" design...but was actually a cheaper round pole with problematic "screw" design for extension pole.  Returned to the store for a refund; Sam's store associate could not tell me if item matching the Sam's on-line description was actually available elsewhere or who to call to see if Sam's sells the item matching their on-line description.  I have now ordered product from a different retailer hoping the next deliver actually meets the on-line description.
