They believe that the food you love—like tasty, crispy chicken nuggets—should be made with ingredients you can trust. That’s why they use premium white meat chicken that’s all natural* and raised with no antibiotics ever. These nuggets are gluten-free, packed with protein, and coated in a deliciously crispy coating made with chickpea flour and cauliflower. With just 130 calories, zero added sugar and a whopping 11 grams of protein per serving, it's no wonder why we call them the “I LOVE IT” nuggets!

Heating Instructions

For optimal crispiness, we recommend using the oven/toaster oven or air fryer. Do not thaw chicken nuggets before heating.

Ary Fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes to 400°F.
  2. Place nuggets in the basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  3. Heat 6-8 minutes.

Oven/Toaster Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F for conventional oven, 400°F for convection oven.
  2. Place nuggets on a baking sheet.
  3. Heat 12-14 minutes for conventional oven, or 9-11 minutes for convection oven, flipping nuggets halfway through cooking times for best results.

Microwave

  1. Place 4 nuggets on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Heat uncovered on HIGH for 90 seconds.
  3. Product must be heated thoroughly to internal temperature of 165°F for food safety and quality.

Gluten free and veggies!

I bought these for my son. I'm trying to get him to go gluten free to see if that would help him at all with his tummy issues. He also has autism and chicken nuggets are one of a few things he will eat. And he loved these nuggets and scarfed them down without knowing the cauliflower ingredient. I understand the higher price, but because of that, I won't be able to buy them as often as I would like.

Best non breaded breaded nugget

I have been gluten free due to a severe sensitivity for the last 13 years. These are the best GF nuggets I have had since going GF. I heat them up and add them to my salads/ I suggest using the oven as this is the best method for heating, but the microwave will work in a pinch.
