Works great! We got this to do our front and back porch and the two car driveway! It literally looks brand new again! Even did my daughters she was impressed as well.

I purchased the power washer to clean my driveway and patio, as well as clean other items such as my grill.  The washer makes the work easy and effortless.  My only regret is that I waited to buy it.

The temperature relief valve leaked during first use, purchased one myself your company should have sent me a replacement I should not have had to buy one.

It's a bad design with the way the water inlet is placed. Off it tips b back it'll break the water inlet off. I'm kinda not happy this doesn't fall under warranty. I promise, I'll never buy another Simpson product because of this.

Not worth the money

Broke on the first day of use and is being fixed under warranty. It's been close to 3 weeks now with no repair date in site

Not worth it

Poor design.  The bolts holding the handle together fall out with vibration.  The handle pulls off and my unit fell backwards as a result, breaking off the piece that hooks onto the hose, which should be stronger than that.  No longer usable.  I used it twice, owned less than 2 months.  Now useless.

Poor design and materials

It has a poor design where the water hooks to the pump. I have now had two pumps break because the metal is so thin and it's not solid metal. It is a cast metal. The first one was under warranty. I am now looking for a replacement part and deciding if it's worth just trashing the machine the motor is in great shape hardly any use. It has been very handy to have to do small projects around the house. I'd recommend getting a different product better built.

Poor design

Soap Tank is trash. Soap tank is dispenser is  located too low causing the dispensing hose to drag and or hit ground causing damage to dispensing nipple and hose

Had less than six months and I use regularly once a week. It topped over and the washer hose connector snapped right off. Taking it back and hoping I'm still under warranty.

hose attachment broke

The washer quit working almost every time I tried to use it. The engine quits after a few minutes and is very unreliable. Also, the machine is very top-heavy and tends to fall over very easily. The last time it fell over it broke the manifold water intake and I am done with this piece of junk.
