Shipped to our door. Easy to unpack. Came damaged in one corner, but came with a matching wood marker to touch up scratches if need be. Sam's gave us a discount for the damage. Packaging must be cut and destroyed to open and nearly impossible to repackage for return, so satisfactory discount was given to us instead of return. Beautiful fireplace, works well and looks beautiful in our family room. Holds our 70” 4K TV perfectly!

I purchased this day after Christmas with very few left in stock. I love it.  Having read reviews prior to purchase I knew where the instructions and shelving were located.  We also checked the box thoroughly before loading into our truck. The unit fits nicely in the location and the heating element warms the living room on these chilly mornings and evenings.

This is an awesome piece of furniture. No assembly required. Puts out heat and id heating my home since my heat pump went out!

Great addition

Beautiful fireplace console.  Be sure to look for extra doors, shelves, and manual underneath console after unpacking.  I thought they were missing, but actually in very safe place.

So far it's working great.  It is a beautiful piece of furniture, very sold and heavy.  Practically no assembly.  My only complaint is that the cabinet shelves are attached underneath the bottom of the fireplace necessitating flipping this heavy piece of furniture upside down so you can unscrew the packaging.  Surely these shelves could have been secured elsewhere.  However that is a mere nuisance compared to this quality unit.

Great product at a fair price.

Love this fireplace console!! Very sturdy and absolutely beautiful. Mostly assembled. Didnt like having to lay it down to get shelving and warranty books. Also had a few small scratches. Called customers service. They wouldnt do anything bc they were already sold out. I just used the pin that came with the  it to hide the scratches.  Heat works really well.  Also like the ability to change the colors of the fireplace light.  App to control the fireplace is horrible and needs to be updated.

Beautiful Console.

Great entertainment center and heater. We are completely without heat in our house right now, so we needed this to keep the chill off. It works pretty well. I have an old and drafty house, so it does not heat it up to a high level, but it keeps it bearable. The construction is excellent and the setup and ease of use is perfect. Plug it in and turn it on. IT IS HEAVY! Overall, happy with the purchase.

I received my console a week ago, and am very disappointed . I have wanted this console for about 3 years.  The finish is NOT like it is shown!! It is almost black in color and does not match my other furniture at all.  Neither one of the doors works,  they do not close all the way.  I called the company and never got a return call.

Disappointed!
