One Year Limited Frame Warranty

The wood frames of this sectional set are warranted to be free from structural defects in material and workmanship. However, changes in the color of wood due to aging are normal and not covered by this warranty. Components such as chair feet are meant to wear and tear, so they will not be considered as part of the frame. Fabrics and cushions are also warranted to be free from workmanship or material defects.

Warranty Exclusions

Some exclusions apply to the warranty. These include furniture used for commercial purposes, clearance items, display models, or items purchased "as is". The warranty does not cover failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, freight damage, acts of nature, vandalism, fire, lack of proper care and maintenance, or improper assembly. Accidental damage, repair, or modifications by the customer are also not covered. Please note that the warranty starts on the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Claim Process

For quality control purposes and verification, we require documents in support of your claim. These include the packing slip/invoice, additional documents (photos or video) of damaged/defected/missing part, and the item number and part code. Please retain all damaged goods until the claim is concluded.
