This was my 3rd earring purchase. Happy with all 3 products. For some reason,  though, this item came via  "must be present and sign in person" shipping. Even the diamond studs were in plain packaging via USPS. This shipping was a hassle since i work full time. Only received them because I  happened to get off work early on the 3rd and final delivery attempt

Quality issue

I received the white gold studs, and they are beautiful.  However, they arrived broken - the earring has a front and back part that are joined together to form a sort of hollow center. One of the earrings was completely separated from the back part.  Very disappointing, since they are so pretty.  I returned them for a full refund, without any issue.

Damaged

I had the earings for 6 months and the top part of the earing just broke right off. Of course it's beyond the 90 day return policy, so basically I'm SOL. If you are looking for good quality earings that will last look elsewhere.
