Find a friend with truck and get in club. Sams shipped me an old looking box that had damage AND the screen inside was shattered. Returned to club and purchased in club to get undamaged TV. Impossible to know if damaged prior to shipping or during shipping but the delivery guy manhandled it by himself into my house then set it down upside down. We had in stock locally but they shipped it from hundreds of miles away from a distribution center... makes zero sense. Absolutely LOVE the TV though for its features and wide viewing angle capability. Huge upgrade and great picture and sound.

Do not get this delivered... pickup in store

Got on sale right before Christmas holidays ..Left in the box till just the other day.. waiting on a friend to give me a hand setting it up ..Definitely needs two people to get out of the box and assemble ...then up on the stand ...You will have to set up a Samsung account to get started ...we were cutting the Dish cord and going to stream all our content ...went from a 65" to 75''....and our other TV was 12 years old ..so there was a definite difference in appearance. Both in size and picture...But Wow...once plugged in ...and 5 minutes of picture adjust to our liking ...it's really a amazing picture....sound is good also. But we have a sound bar and sub-woofer system.......It came with the 5-year ext. warranty. Even better..so we should be good for a while we hope ...very happy so far.

Samsung 75" Q80

We had no idea with our tv purchase, we would get Samsung plus with hundreds of free movies and shows!  We can watch tv for weeks and never repeat. The picture quality is incredible and the sound is too! Our eyes are getting old and this tv fits our lifestyle perfectly!

This is an impressive TV in all respects... vivid colors, great detail, easy to set up, etc.  My wife and I are both happy with our choice of a 75" QLED from Samsung and highly recommend to others.

A great TV at a great price.

Read instructions on box for proper unpacking - it's a big heavy TV. Was a breeze to set up and start streaming. Includes Samsung TV+ which is free and includes a wide range of channels.

Happy with our new Samsung TV

The TV was delivered in a week or so unfortunately the screen was showing darkness and shadows on one side.   I immediately started a return and purchased another through the Sams App.   I was refunded the original purchase and received the second TV working good.   I Love the TV and it has plenty of memory for all the apps you may need.  FYI the company will contact you in a week or so after you order for delivery date.   Don't make a date on the app for delivery because it wont work until the TV lands in the local delivery area.   At that time call the shipping company and they will give you the delivery
company phone number.   I hope this helps.

Nice Picture Quality I Love this Unit

The quality of the TV is excellent, great picture, sound, etc.  The remote is diabolical. The audio and channel controls are quite small, and not suitable for less nimble fingers. There is a learning curve for proper operation, so don't rush it.  This TV is fairly heavy, needs two reasonably strong movers.

Tv is ok, picture is not nearly as good as my older 2008 model Samsung.. Remote is  small and extremely hard to see buttons

75” Samsung QLED

i was hoping for much better clarity on live sports; halo effect, blurry faces... the picture is only clear when action is stopped which is very disappointing since i only bought it to watch sports. i read many promising reviews before i made the purchase and have two other samsungs (55") that i am happy with so i was definitely expecting better. maybe the one i purchased is defective...if so and it gets resolved i will update

performs like a cheap tv

Delivery was 1 hour beyond delivery window, did not receive premium del., only 1 delivery person, I at 73 years old had to help carry 80 plus pound box from van to living room, he didn't unpack, set, & turn on TV per delivery instructions.  When my son & I opened the box, we noticed the back plastic panel/ cover had 2 cracks 8" plus long.  We stopped,  put the box top back on, & called for a pick up to return for credit.
