Securely and safely packaged, bonus second battery.  Easy installation and set-up.  Paired easily with Google Home Assistant.  Has been in place for a few weeks now without issue, anticipate same for future.  We are still learning some of the features but so far, so good.  Would recommend.

The battery life is insane! It's been running strong for 2 weeks and the battery is just at 71% the picture/video quality is also nice. Overall great product.

I'm a 63-year-old woman and I hooked up two cameras by myself.. Very easy to hook up..Nice picture .. I don't have an electrical , So I did battery hookup.. They give you an extra battery. Got a good price on them..

Nice Cameras

I liked this video doorbell as a replacement to my previous Ring doorbell, but we could never get it to sync to our internet. After I returned it, I contacted my internet provider and learned that I needed to call them to “switch” my service to 2.4G for a short period to make it happen. I may have to purchase it again if I don't find a comparable doorbell.

A Great Little Doorbell

It works great. My only wish that it would play better with the iPhone. I would like to be able to assign a ringtone that sounds when the Arlo Doorbell is pushed. I like the notification whenever movement is detected on my porch soI can quickly pickup deliveries.

Lets me know when a package is delivered

I was disappointed to learn that I had to purchase another kit to install the camera doorbell to work with our house doorbell chime. The description should have been more explicit.

Disappointed

I purchased the Arlo Wire-Free Video Doorbell because it was being offered at such a big discount.  After receiving it however, I was disappointed in the device.  First, it was 2-3 times larger than I was expecting so it would look awkward at my front door.  Second, the setup was difficult to understand and confusing.  Finally, I had a hard time finding the correct app in the Play Store as none of the Arlo apps matched the picture in the instructions.  So I ended up returning it and getting a refund.

Wasn't What I Was Hoping For

Very dissapointed with this product. Not enough instructions to set up the product. I spent a lot of time on internet looking for answers. There was no way to connect the device to my wi-fi network even after consulting the arlo's tutorials on-line. I gave up and returned the product.

Lack of instructions on paper along w the product

I could never get the device to connect with my phone.  I read all the tutorials provided relating to this issue. Tried online chat I was disconnected as I was trying to answer questions relating to tje issue.  They provide NO phone support.  So after hours after hours of trying to resolve the issue I sent it back.  I do not want to deal with any business that does not want to take the time give you the proper support you deserve.

Not worth the trouble

This Arlo doorbell camera is terrible. The photo lags and freezes. Haven't been able to get it to work right. We are taking it back. We have other Arlo cameras so we thought this would work well. Nope.
