I like it straight, I sit and watch TV with a knife and I can eat the whole thing.

I use this shredded in my spinach quiche pie.  I slice it in pieces wrap it in saran wrap and freeze  so when I need enough for my pie all I have to do is defrost the nite before and then grate it for the pie.
